Conditions d'utilisation

Last updated: 13 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Calvir Ltd ("we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales, company number 07296625, registered office 20-22 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU, United Kingdom. They apply when you play Lumina (the "game") on any device or in a browser, or buy anything in it. By creating an account or playing, you accept them. Please also read our privacy policy.

If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms takes away the rights you have under the law where you live.

1. Who can play

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, or under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent's or guardian's permission to play and to make purchases. Packs are not available to players under 16.

2. Your account

• The game creates an account for you when you first play. Save an email and password, or sign in with Apple or Google, to keep it if you change or lose your device. An account without them may not be recoverable.
• Keep your sign-in details secret. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
• One person per account. Don't sell, share or transfer accounts.
• Choose a player name that isn't offensive, misleading or someone else's. We may change names that break this rule.

3. Gems, Gold and items

• The game has two virtual currencies: Gems, which you can buy or earn, and Gold, which you earn by playing or get with Gems. They, and the cards, packs and other items in the game, are a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use content in the game. They have no value in real money, can't be exchanged for money or sold, and can only be used in the game.
• Packs contain random cards. The chances of each rarity are shown in the shop before you open a pack.
• We may change prices, the contents of the shop and how items work, for example to balance the game. We won't reduce Gems you have bought without telling you and without a fair reason, such as a refund or chargeback.
• If your account is closed or deleted, unused Gems, Gold and items are lost.

4. Buying Gems

• In the App Store or Google Play: Apple or Google sells and charges you, under their terms. Ask them for refunds.
• On our website: we sell to you. Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown before you pay and include VAT or other sales taxes where they apply.
• Right to cancel (UK and EU consumers): you normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase of digital content. Gems are added to your account straight away. When you buy, you ask us to supply them immediately and acknowledge that you lose the right to cancel once they are supplied. This does not affect your rights if Gems are faulty or not supplied, in which case contact us and we will fix it or refund you.
• If a payment is reversed or charged back, we may remove the Gems it bought, or items bought with them, and may suspend the account until it is settled.

5. Fair play

You agree not to:

• cheat, use bots or automation, exploit bugs, or modify, decompile or interfere with the game, its servers or its network traffic;
• deliberately lose, trade wins or manipulate rankings or matchmaking;
• harass, threaten or abuse other players, or use offensive names;
• buy, sell or trade accounts, currencies or items outside the game;
• break the law, or anyone else's rights, while using the game.

If you do, we may warn you, remove items or currency gained unfairly, reset ratings, or suspend or close your account. We will act proportionately and tell you why, unless the law or security stops us. If you think we got it wrong, email us.

6. The game and changes to it

• The game is provided as it is and as available. We work to keep it running and fair, but we can't promise it will always be available, error-free or that your progress can never be lost, for example after a serious fault.
• We update the game regularly, including cards, balance, modes and the shop. Some updates may be needed to keep playing.
• We may stop operating the game. If we do, we will give at least 60 days' notice in the game, stop selling Gems when we announce it, and consider refunds for Gems bought shortly before the announcement in line with the law.

7. Ownership

The game, its software, cards, art, music, sounds and text belong to Calvir Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, sell or use them outside the game, except for sharing screenshots and videos of your own play for non-commercial purposes, or as the law allows.

8. Our liability

• We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses.
• If digital content we supply damages your device or other content because we did not use reasonable care and skill, we will repair the damage or compensate you.
• We do not limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.
• Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Ending this agreement

You can stop playing and delete your account at any time (see Delete your account). We can suspend or close accounts as described in section 5, or if required by law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when we add features or the law changes. We will show the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell you in the game or by email before they take effect. If you don't agree, you can stop playing and delete your account.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can hear disputes. If you live in Scotland, Northern Ireland or the European Union, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts, and you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws where you live.

If something goes wrong, please contact us first at [email protected]. We will try to resolve it quickly.
